My wife and I were there for our anniversary dinner on 10/20/2022. The hostess and the chef were friendly, and the food was good. However, we were entirely ignored by the rest of the staff even as they offered the other members of the table we were sitting at drink refills, check-ins, and to-go boxes. It was one of the few times I've felt mistreated due to homophobia/transphobia, or both. It was not a great overall experience, especially on a day important to us.

The best hibachi steakhouse. I usually get the steak and chicken medium teriyaki gyozo/fried dumpling/potstickers and the golden lobster absolutely delicious and the creamy dressing for the salad and yum yum sauce for dipping. They are the best.

This is the worst Hibachi restaurant I have ever been to… the food was good. The amount u get is ridiculous. I’ve been to a lot of hibachi restaurants and I’ve ALWAYS HAD LEFT OVERS TO TAKE HOME. This place we didn’t. Then my girl friend ordered the golden shrimp appetizer and before she ordered it she asked the waitress how many shrimp came with it and she said 6. The appetizer was 14 dollars. We get our food and and it came with TWO SHRIMP. We asked her if this was the golden shrimp appetizer and she said yes. Under the golden sauce there was TWO SHRIMP. Told her there was only 2 and she then said she meant they cut the two pieces of shrimp to make 6. So then I lift the golden sauce off the shrimp and there was 2 full pieces of shrimp. So u get 2 pieces of shrimp for 14 dollars. But she so sry, she so sry…. We’ll u being so sry doesn’t fix that u lied and that u charged us 7 dollar a piece for shrimp. They didn’t comp or take anything off the bill. Had to ask for a refill. Just all around horrible service. I have never left a review for anywhere I have ate at. That’s how bad the service was that I had to sign in and make a review for this place. It wouldnt let me give zero stars or I would have! Will never be back again and would recommend people not to go there. There was a cpl next to us that was complaining to the guy there about the service they got and the guy didn’t fix anything for them either. He so sry, he so sry is all he said to them. SO SRY DOESNT FIX THE TERRIBLE SERVICE U GUYS GIVE

The sushi is great. I prefer to sit at a table upstairs where the sushi bar is located.
All staff wear masks with the exception of the hibachi grill chefs when they are doing tricks. Customers, like most restaurants are makes except when at their tables. Also tables are roughly half occupied to maintain social distancing between customers.
Yes, please make reservations as they get busy on the weekends.
