They have out sourced there call center just call number and press 5 cause your order is never right and there rude also there charging a large delivery fee didn't know gave a 10 dollar tip and 20 bucks went to air pizzas cost 35 so I paid 60 bucks with tax on delivery and tip really sad two small pizzas and bread sticks cost 60 bucks

While at first I was disappointed due to our order being wrong, they quickly apologized and made it right! They even delivered it to our house when the original order was for carry out, so that we didn’t have to drive back. Thank you Kas for going above and beyond with your customer service!

This is the 2nd time that I have called to have a pizza ready at about 5pm. Well over an hour. I was denied 5pm pickup. Is there a reason why this cannot be done when I give over an hour to make it? I am trying to understand this.

Have always called and placed our orders without any problems whatsoever, have always been taken care of with the best of service. However today when calling not once but 3 times first my mother called twice and then I called once to try and finish placing our order only to be told by the acting manager Jordan, that he was refusing service because she had asked about a previous order that was supposed to have been replaced added to this new order.And he hung up and we could call and speak with the GM tomorrow. That is not customer service
