You download the Sam's Club app and register online and then buy the items through the app or on your computer. Then they will send you either an email or text telling you the estimated pick up time. When you get to the store you check in with the app and they will bring your order out to you. Make sure to do it at least 24 hrs in advance

If you do not have a membership card make sure to tell them it is a gift so that you can even exchange it for the exact same thing keep in mind if you get a gift card you can use it at Sam's Club if you have a membership or they are actually good at all Walmarts as well.
