Today I went to Berman’s, to have some maintenance performed on my Subaru Outback. From the moment I arrived, Ryan was there for me throughout the entire process, decision-making, the waiting process and the checkout process. Had an engine overheating issue while on the road and had to stop at Berman to get it checked. Lonny (sp?) took the time even though I had not set up an appointment and helped me out immediately.
