I brought in my full/queen comforter and was charged for a king XL. The woman told me it didn’t matter because it was all the same price. My receipt told me my item would be ready for pickup at 5 pm. I went in a little after 6 pm and saw my comforter hanging over a cart. 2 employees behind the counter didn’t even notice me at first until another employee pointed me out. I then noticed 2 stains on my comforter. They start brushing them off with their hands and tell me they are not stains, but probably just dust or something from people walking by… EW! My comforter is supposed to be clean when I pick it up! I have brought items several times in the past and I don’t even want to think about how they were handled. I will NEVER return and I wouldn’t recommend anyone leaving their things here either!

clean place. not too busy. last load is at 7:30pm, so, keep that in mind when coming here as they close at 9pm everyday. they do open at 6am.

Amazing service!!! I called them in a bind yesterday afternoon as we had just arrived home after a long vacation and the wrong washer/dryers had been delivered to our house while we were gone. They couldn’t have been sweeter, they arranged to pick up my laundry around my kids doctors appointments and in less than 24 hours they just returned +50lbs of super soft, clean, nicely folded and organized laundry. I don’t know if I even need a washer dryer they are so efficient!!! Thank you!

As a New Yorker, I have to say this is one of the cleanest laundry places I have ever seen! The entire staff was so nice. It’s huge inside with plenty of machines. I will definitely be back!
