For some of the bigger stuff like furniture yes.
It's a second hand store with furniture toys and household items unfortunately no clothes and all the money from the store goes to the Humane Society to help the animals
No they don't buy items, although they accept donations.
I've been going there for a long time and I've never seen a piano. However, everyone who works there are super nice and helpful so if I were you I would just calm and ask. They are great about answering questions over the phone.
