This is the 2nd time we attempted service at this location. Both times….owner is RUDE and RACIST. My husband was attempting to explain the issue with his mowers, the male refused to look up or acknowledge him. He continued to work on a lawn mower. He stated to my husband, while continuing to work on the mower, it will be 4 weeks before I can get to it. Then, a Caucasian gentleman walked in, he stopped working on the mower, addressed him “how he was doing, took his mower and act as if my husband wasn’t there. We really needed the service. My husband walked away very upset, composing his sanity. Is this where we are in the world today? Mistreatment due to color? Money has the same color. I would rather for my husband to buy new equipment than to patronize mistreatment & racism.

Very nice shop for small engine repairs. A little hard to find since it's located at the rear of a group of stores. Owner was friendly and helpful and had my unit done in about a week during busy season.

Probably not, but go in early March and let them know what you're selling and they might help you find a buyer.
Hi Thomas! Unfortunately we cannot get a sharpen and oil change done in a couple hours during the busy season. If you only need those two things done we can usually get it back to you within a couple days from when you drop it off though!

Very long wait but great people great service. Took my lawn mower to terpstra's they fixed it week later Highland calls me said they're ready to take my mower week week later.
