MAIL IN SERVICE ONLY!! Staff replied to my VM same day and were very nice. They knew what they were talking about and provided info I requested without hassle. Suggestion: It would be nice to have a label or notation somewhere (in Google Map app) that people cannot drop off items at the listed Google address. It is not until I called and talked to them that they told me it is mail in only. There is a tag that a lot of people mention shipping, but I could not find where (in Google Maps app) that this is a mail in service only.

Follow-up....... The rebuilt watch I waited a ridiculously long time for won't keep time. After all the waiting and email traffic still their work has shown to be marginal at best. I now have to take to another shop to get rebuilt. Extra money for poor workmanship.

It’s hit or miss—read the reviews and don’t take the risk. I had one watch done well, but then the next one was messed up with the face changed with no communication. They said they’d fix it, but four months later they wouldn’t answer an email or a phone call to give an update. (Phone line’s automated greeting says “we’re answering calls—please leave a message.”) Then when they finally did answer a week later, it was to tell me, “Oh yeah we can’t fix it.” Not sure why that decision took four months to communicate, only after I begged for an update. They comped the service—but now I have a watch with the name painted in the wrong place on the face. Don’t fall for the fancy website—they’re in over their heads.
