This is the second chair lift that I had installed by RampNow. The first one was three years ago. I also had them install some grab bars around the stairs. After a scary tornado siren and alert woke me up early one morning and I had to get to the basement. I realized that it was time for me to get a second chair lift installed in the basement. Jessica and all of the staff were great. The guys that do the installation are so nice and respectful. They were great three years ago and they are just as great now.

Ramp Now diagnosed over the phone that the issue I was having with my stair lift was the battery. They sent a repair person the next day and the stair lift was fixed within a half hour.

The actual installation took about an hour. They could of installed the ramp in three days from when I ordered it, but I scheduled it for a week later, just fit our schedule better to put the installation off for a few days.
