I tried returning an ACE product to another store and was told that they are franchises and cannot do that. That makes no sense, is extremely misleading, and is not information they share. In addition, I have been a ACE rewards member for nearly two decades and their program is a joke. There are limits on the products allowed to purchase, typically a spending limit, and despite spending money, it takes forever to accumulate points. I will certainly be taking my business elsewhere.

It’s one thing to say “Hey, we no longer perform that service/we don’t want to” and a completely other thing to tell me that ACE Hardware has never replaced a vacuum wire in the last 20 years at your location when I had it done four months ago. I spend about $400 dollars at this location or more, which isn’t a lot, but why would continue to shop somewhere that disrespects me?

Very large Ace Hardware location. As always they had excellent customer service and were very helpful with both advice on which product to get and locating my products. Slightly larger selection than most locations due to its size which is a big plus.

As always, the employees were very helpful. I had trouble fitting grill into vehicle. They helped enormously.
