What happened to the "free" soap they offered after they raised their prices? Its gone, but the higher prices remain. And can they do anything about the smell?

They said the free soap would stay if it was a hit, but i guess ppl like using their own soap. And for the smell, i never had a problem with that.

Do they use the AC to cool the place down? Trying to find a laundromat that isn't a sweat lodge.
