Clean and inviting. It's nice to reserve books and have them waiting for you.
Honesty A
Jenn is a very horrible worker at the children'sdepartment. My kid attended the craft activity on Monday June 13 and the worker Jenn was so rude, I don't know if she is racist or what, because I saw the way she treated other kids but to my kid she was mean, rude and talking in a very rude way to my kid. I was so surprised and disappointed for this worker at the children's department. I have been taking my kids for years and my kids never ever got this bad attitude and rude mistreated. If she doesn't like her job and kids she can look for something else that fits her anger attitude.
