I usually go to Crunch on Roosevelt Boulevard but nowadays I have beef with everyone there. True opp behavior going on over there. Since switching I feel as if Crunch Huntington Valley is so much better. The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I was greeted by Jeff, David, and Jenny at the front door and they made me feel welcome. They provide great advice about working out and helped me switch my membership when I needed a new one. This is a great gym to start chasing your fitness goals.

When I came into this Crunch establishment it was the best environment I have ever been in. The front desk worker Jenny and Jeff was such a help when it came to my needs. They quickly dealt with my membership issues and were quick and really nice. I would recommend everyone to come to this Crunch fitness. All the workers are amazing and will help you with all your goals.

Very difficult time canceling my membership. Could not cancel over the phone. When I came the person I needed to talk to was not there. All front desk staff should be trained how to cancel a membership. I think it’s just a ploy to continue drawing money from your account hoping you won’t come back in. Had to pay $60 to cancel my membership finally.
