Most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with , if you make a reservation and talk to the drama queen Paul depending on what side of his brothers bed he wakes up on you may not get your vehicle IJS cancelled My reservation because he was having a bad morning … worst company ever crown point enterprise is ran by mental cases The business name isn’t Brian and Paul rentals it’s enterprise idiots

Have had an open reservation for over a week now. They called me the day after I opened the reservation and asked me to call back once I knew for sure I needed a rental and they’d have it ready for me. I called back a couple days later and said I needed it for Monday. They said no problem! I called Monday morning to confirm and they said to come at 4pm. I come at 4pm and they said they didn’t have a rental for me because the car that was returned that was supposed to be for me, had tire issues and it was at the shop. I get life happens and that’s beyond their control, but they could control communication. Why did they not call to inform me so it would save me a trip? The guy said most likely tomorrow they’d have a car for me, and they would call me tomorrow. Tomorrow came, almost end of day, haven’t heard from them. So I called back and they said unfortunately they still didn’t have a car for me and I asked what my options were and they said they would call me when a car was available. The next day I called back to inquire again since no one has called, got someone new and she said Wednesday’s they never get cars in so probably Thursday. Thursday comes and still haven’t heard from anyone, and I told them I needed a car by Friday the latest. I’m confused why they never 1- checked another enterprise for me for availability (or even mentioned that as an option for me so I could call myself) 2- no one returned a car for over a week? 3- it’s not the fact that there’s a shortage that irritated me, it’s the fact of the lack of communication. Needless to say, I called the Schererville location late Thursday and they were able to fulfill my reservation with no issues same day, and even waived my daily fee for all of the trouble I had at Crown Point location. I highly recommend going to another location that actually keeps you in the loop.

Yesterday, I called & spoke to a gentleman named Brian about being picked up today for a car rental and then being dropped off on Monday when I turned the car in. He said that wouldn’t be a problem as long as it could be done between 1pm-4pm when they had enough staff on hand. He even had talked to his manager about it because I preferred a compact if possible & he said they were expecting some returns today so it wouldn’t be a problem. I asked if I should make the reservation online and asked if I needed to do anything else to ensure a smooth process. Brian said to make the reservation online & that he would watch for it in their system and that I was all set to be picked up today. He even had looked on maps to see where I lived and saw that I was a straight shot down 65. I have sat here all afternoon waiting to be picked up. No one has reached out to me at all. They obviously have my reservation in the system & haven’t even wondered why I haven’t been in to pick up a car even though I clearly had arranged to be picked up. I have been an Enterprise customer for years. They have always been my go to when I’m in a bind and need a reliable car. I’m not sure what’s up with the Crown point location, but this is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. With my own car needing service, I was needing a car to get to and from work tomorrow and Sunday. Now, I have no way to get to work. I do not recommend this location at all. Extremely unprofessional and I was outright lied to by Brian.

If u have full coverage if not u have to pay at enterprise
Enterprise is suppose to take care of that. If you buy it yourself keep the receipt and they will take it off your bill. I've done it before.
