The online prices are significantly lower than in store, and if you ask to price match, then your clipped coupons won't work. So just don't bother, shop on Amazon instead. Process are overall cheaper and there is less hassle. One star because the manager was nice.

Sadly denied my COVID vaccine today. Keep in mind there are no restrictions in place, let alone for my line of work and medical condition. I have PPO insurance and after waiting 20 minutes for the appointment I had made days in advance, I was told that my PPO insurance was not accepted at Walgreens and I would need to get my vaccine elsewhere. To make matters worse I was told this in front of a long line of waiting patients. I was beyond mortified. I mean I’ve had COVID vaccine in the past with no issue. I also disclosed that I work in high risk setting (healthcare/education) and have medical conditions. The whole experience was so incredibly discouraging. (Also, isn’t the vaccine covered at 100% so what was the real reason for myself being denied?)

Sat on hold for the pharmacy for 30minutes from 10:30-11:00 at which time I got a recorded message saying the pharmacy closed for a meal break. I could choose to hold for another 30min or call back. That’s pretty poor customer service. Hoping CVS will do better
