It was our 1st time going, we were invited for a birthday party.... The customer service was great... it wasn't crowded so that's always a plus for me... The kids had a great time jumping & I loved the massage chairs placed where you can relax & still keep your eyes on the kids 😁

I had my sons party there first off let me say half of the attractions was not working the place is run down when I got there my party room floor was very wet due to it just being mopped Which it should have been mopped way before my start time they mopped it with smelly mop the room had a bad smell I had to ask staff to dry the Floor with a towel the pizza was beyond horrible they ordered form rosati's I had to send it back and wait a hour for more pizza good thing I had my own food for my party as well. they had water leeks everywhere the party room I had have a storage closet where all the workers was constantly in and out the room the Entire time of my "private party " I seen them more than I seen my own party Host for the price I paid I'm disappointed
