Customer service is horrible. I put in a request for a petting zoo and ponies on their website. I finally received a call back a week later, the lady I spoke with said she will check the dates and location to see if they could accommodate and will call me back the next day. I did not receive a call back. I called the number she called me from, not sure if I spoke to the same person or someone different but she told me the same thing the first person said. She didn't call me back either. I then received an email regarding my request, I explained the situation and no response. If they were unable to do the event they should have stated that instead of contacting me and not following up. Plus, the number on the website does not work.

Owner is incredibly rude. All low ratings reflect the poor attitude I experienced. Such a shame, have someone kinder answer phones for bookings.

I understand the fee covers the license cost, its $40 per ride. They have deals on Groupon, if you check there you may score a good deal.
You don't need any license for horseback riding. Besides, they were extremely helpful and kind. Even if it's someone's first time riding a horse, it's not difficult at all. The horses there are so tamed and lovable

Pony walkers, and petting zoo handlers. They also can assist with trail rides, and helping with chores around the barn if needed.
