The owners renovated the complex and maintain the outside responsibly. However, the Indiana Dunes National Park property across the street is ignored. Litter is strewn along the national park property for blocks that originates at Park Shore Commons. The place would earn more stars if it took responsibility for cleaning the property across the street.

Yes they are low income
No pets allowed. But I know of a few residents with a cat or small dog that doesn't do a lot of barking & management didn't say anything about it. They were "Dog watching" for a few days lol
Go up to the office in fill out in applications. An they don't have one rooms available
If it got crack .. its crack infested
