I moved in here late year of 2017...and it was ok; accept for a lot of activity that was going on at night;which was the 1st reason I was going to move...but All that activity started clearing up after about mid 2018...later in the year I started seeing pest in my bed...had to throw that out,then they moved on to my kids beds...had to throw them out...finally maintenance came in and spray ALL the carpet down and THAT problem went away...2020 I started seeing the other pest... maybe once every once in a while... Now(2021) we took an 8 day trip in July outta town... they're every where... pesticide ppl sprayed,but problem is outta control...moving into a shelter tomorrow 😠😠😠😠😠they need to burn this old building down and rebuild it! .

This place doesn't deserve any stars what so ever! I worked here as a temp to hire through a company by the name of AAA Apartment Staffing. Within the first couple weeks I was accused of stealing 4 times and each time they were wrong by Steve the now supervisor who by the way is a horrible supervisor and just downs everyone and brings the entire team down because he's always on a ego trip and wants to constantly have a power grab with people who just want to do their job!! The people aren't friendly especially management Ms. Lee who for some reason thinks she's the president of the United States and is more important then anyone else so snotty and not someone I would recommend to work for or with! The entire NSA/PK community meaning all of their buildings are infested with bed bugs and rats as well as roaches! No one on this job believes in working together everyone wants everyone to work alone and slow production! The tenants are treated so horribly and inhuman it just doesn't make sense to get into details! I feel sorry for anyone who chooses this low income facility to raise their families no one deserves to be mistreated as people commonly are in these buildings and such. Last but not least most of their buildings are high crime area's and no measures are taken to improve the safthy or living of the tenants including but not at all limited to proper lighting withing or around the properties very dangerous and very unsafe! This place is apart of low income housing/HUD which means they can request anything they need to ensure these buildings and the people in them are well taking care of I feel so bad for the people here and I could definitely do better then these people who just want a pay check!

They called me in April of 2017 and said I had got accepted in. It's July still haven't moved in. They called me 3 different times with 3 different move in dates. The ladies up their have terrible attitudes rude and disrespectful. They made me do hell and back just to tell me they are not accepting me. I had lights in my name since July 12 2017 had not seen the inside of the place or nothing and they tell me i couldn't move in.
