Very disappointed. I purchased a large bag of pollen recently, it cost me $28. From day one it had a very off smell, and the taste is absolutely horrific. Not normal at all. I've had pollen many times, but this is my first time purchasing from here. I called today to bring it to their attention, and all she could say to me was that she eats it every day and nobody else has complained. I feel like I got a bad batch and she wasn't apologetic at all and didn't offer anything. I have pounds of this pollen that has to he thrown away now. I was very nice, but I obviously won't be back.
