They shipped a 16k watch for me to try on and buy and wouldn’t let me in the store bc I didn’t have an appointment. Covid is over and I’m not going to rob them. Was with my gf. They lost a customer to say the least.

I wasn’t too happy with my purchase, yet when I went in to make my return he turned the whole experience around. I have never been treated with such a high level of respect in my life while making a purchase let alone a return. Mitchell Austin was my sale associate. If you go to Cartier for anything I suggest that you request Mitchell to turn your purchase into an unforgettable experience. All I can say is “WOW” after my phenomenal visit at Cartier Chicago.

John Vazquez is the best sales associate in this cartier store. He made me feel comfortable. Its always a challenge if i do big purchases. I got my JUC ring with the right size. Im a walk in customer( weekdays) no wait time, i heard weekends are busy. Thank you JOHN!

Some Cartier Jewellers can provide a complimentary quick shine. Usually they will do so for polite, friendly clients. Note this will not remove any but the most superficial.
I don't know to be honest, but I feel calling the store during open hours, and speak with the store directly. Just be prepared for paying shipping to and from.
They have more than jewelry in the Chicago store. There is a wall of bags and they store more bags in hidden places. Call before you go in. You can also see their stock on their website.
Most Cartiers from the mid 1990s on all have a 4 digit technical reference number. On some of the models it was not engraved, but regardless, one was still assigned. You can look up this number in a database or contact Cartier with it and ask them.
