The guy that runs his place really needs to learn customer service. Rude and ignorant over the phone who the heck to you think you are?? This is why people order online and shops like yours go out of business. UPDATE: You said that you had not received it in a time that was unprofessional on a customer service level. I couldn't even tell you I was trying to resend it as we we spoke and I kept getting interrupted. This whole review could have been avoided I had been spoken to in polite and pleasant manner. A correct response would have been. "Unfortunately Sir, I'm sorry but we haven't received a email with your information.... We would be happy to assist a fellow business owner with their advertising to help your business grow."
