We put our camper here a few years ago. We left to travel more but now we are back. We love it here. Our spot is beautiful and the staff here are very kind and always get back to you if you have a problem. We keep to ourselves but the neighbors around that we have met are very nice. We couldn't be happier!

Was anyone there during a flood in 08 or so.. I hope this is different management. The greed was u real.. I wish I was as able to take up for myself as I am now.! I have thought about them many times since. Wondering if they were still getting away with some of their "ways". I learned from them though. Exactly what some people will do when money is involved.

What a great place! My friend just set up here and is living there and right away, everyone around him were so welcoming. The park itself is well kept. Im sure we are going to have plenty of great times out there.

Love it here. Riverside lots. Clean, quiet, very friendly...close to everything but still the small town feel here in Lincoln AL...looking forward to the next 11 months!

Most expensive lots here that I know of are 425 to 450. Lot includes garbage, water and sewage. You pay for power, the park gets power cut on and will show you your bill every month. I just rented a lot here, so far its great.
