The mall has been open since 11am. The hours for rainbow shows 11 am. It’s now 1150 and the place is still not open. Bad business. I’ve called the mall at least 3 times and spoke with a Kristina the manager of the mall. All she can do is apologize for them not being open

Refunds are given on regular, sale and clearance-priced merchandise returned with the original receipt and tags attached. Footwear must also be returned with the original box. Returns made within 7 days of a purchase will be refunded in the same form in which payment was originally made.
