Recommended but room for improvement. Good basic accommodations, but pricey for this type room during scallop season of course. There is road construction everywhere around the hotel at present-that is not their fault but it made getting in and out of the parking lot a little dangerouse, and a hassle. The hotel could use a little updating. The inside hallways/corridors were always hot. The TV in the room was very small as compared to most hotels these days. We used the pool area a few times, and it was pretty nice, but there were only 3 loungers and no umbrellas for shade. There were also ants everywhere, crawling on the chairs, rails, everything

Worst Hampton Inn I’ve ever had to deal with. Made reservations for a double room. Got there and they had us set up in a single king room. The clerk was absolutely clueless on how to do her job. Had my entire family standing in the lobby for 30 minutes while she was dumbfounded on how to fix this. As a diamond member I expected better service than this. The room we were finally given was decent but smelled like bleach. Next time I’m in town I think I’ll find a better place to stay. I’d almost rather have slept in my truck.

If you're looking for the Hampton luxury beds, skip this one. Our mattress was hard and sunk in the middle and on the sides. Like it should have been replaced long ago. The shower head had such a low water flow that it was not soothing as a hot shower should be. It was a cold night/day and the thermostat would not go to the heat position. We stayed 2 days and the nights sleeping were NOT enjoyable at all. We stay at Hampton hotels for business purposes and will be skipping this one the next time.

Yet another great Hilton property. Room was very clean, spacious and well stocked. Hallways and common areas are all well maintained. Pool was clean and well positioned. The hot breakfast was awesome: omelettes one day, breakfast sandwiches another, eggs and sausage another, and biscuits and gravy our last day…along with plenty of fresh pastries, fruit, cereals, oatmeal and yogurt. Staff was very polite at every engagement. Laundry room has one washer and one dryer that worked perfectly. Glad we chose this location for our vacation!
