The A/C in our motorhome had always been sketchy since we bought it, and decided to go out on our first night in the Crystal River area of Florida. Nature Coast RV was literally across the street from where we were staying. I went to see if they could help us out, but was not too optimistic as were in town for only a week. Not only were they able to install a new unit in one day, their price was very competitive and they informed us of a couple minor issues they took care of. At home, having checked before we went, the local RV shop was 6-8 weeks out, for significantly more money. Awesome service, thanks Sherry!

I have been here as a snowbird, for the last 4 years. Nature coast, parts department has helped me get repair parts, for many different campers, as well as my own, Candice,and randy as well as the rest of the crew there has be absolutely awesome and helpful , great prices , professional friendly advice, the service manager Bruce is also to be mentioned, just SUPER PEOPLE . A great place to shop. Jeffie. These folks deserve a higher scale, of professionalism, the five star, rating would be ok. BUT, I'D GIVEM A 10. simply wonderful ,and helpful staff. Great job randy, Bruce , and Candice she's my go to girl for parts and info.....

We just purchased a travel trailer from Savannah at Nature Coast RV. She made it a really easy, stress free buying experience. From negotiating a fair price, to scheduling a convenient pick up time, to a thorough and punctual walk thru from Scott, all went smoothly. Paperwork and trailer were waiting when we arrived. We had a concern with a warped cabinet door, which warranty would cover, but since we lived 1 1/2 hours away they offered to swap doors from another trailer, so we didn’t have to come back. Great customer service! We would definitely recommend them!

We become full time RV'ers Nov. 2020 from Kentucky. After closing on our House we came to Florida and stayed the winter in Cedar Key area. While there our black and gray tank values started leaking and one AC wasn't cooling real well. We called Mac's Mobile RV repair and he was very good and really tried to fix us but it was just to much to do in the field and the RV was gonna have to go in a shop. Mac's sent us to Bruce at Nature Coast RV service. I drove down and talked with Bruce one day and explained that we are living in it. We set up a date and time for us to drop it off where they could start on it right then. Bruce even told me they could have it ready in a day but I told him no problem we would find a hotel for a week to give them plenty of time. We had never worked with anybody but Camping World and had nightmares! The RV still had Extended Warranty. We dropped it off on a Monday Morning and was scheduled to leave Florida the following Monday. These guys took this RV and fixed all the tanks leaking, put us a new roof air unit in and even found our kitchen faucets faulty and replaced them!!! Our RV was ready couple days ahead of schedule. We picked it up the next Monday morning. They took care of the warranty and we owed them $100.00. Everybody at this place is OUTSTANDING!!! Jen in the office, Bruce service manager and the workers. When I went to pick it up one of the techs took time and showed me how to move the slides and jacks if I ever had troubles. I can only hope if we ever need service again we will be in Florida where I can take it to them!!! Wish I could give them 10 stars!!! and this actually took place April of 2021, sorry guys for the late review
