The staff is rude. Food was burnt. Had me waiting for me Food forever because they put the wrong name on my order. The guy with long hair was rude and need to be retrained. I go to dominoes instead.

My granddaughter had a coupon for a free personal pan pizza from Pizza Hut. She earned it at school for doing so well on her reading assignments. Of course she was really excited about it. I took her and my grandson to get two personal pan pizzas. The gentleman at the register was awesome. As she handed her coupon to the cashier he told her what a great job she had done in school. She was very happy. Overall it was a pretty good experience.

Hardly any sauce on my pasta, they forgot my marinara sauce for my cheese sticks and forgot my extra sauce i ordered. By far my worst experience. Waste of $25. 1/10.

I agree it smells like old dirty mop water in here. It has been that way for years. And they won't do nothing about it

They have it setup, if they are to busy to answer, your call is directed to the call center. You are still ordering from the store of your choice. They are just the ones who receive the "overflow", so to say, when the store is to busy to answer.
