I asked for a lot of cream and sugar in my coffee. The coffee looked like it didn’t have any sugar and little cream. It was disgusting and watery. Had to stop at a gas station to make it taste good

I love Dunkin and the staff is at standard or above. Although the parking lot and the direction to enter this location is a nightmare. Depending on which direction you are coming from atleast 3 uturns at long lights on 98

They seem to always mess up my order and create whatever they want. There's no screen to really see what's being pressed by the cashier person in drive thru so it's always taking chances. They don't really repeat the order back to you at the window and as a customer I don't feel like I need to do their job for them and ask to repeat things back or ask if everything was in the bag when I order food. They're slacking and it's a shame because they have a good location but hired people who don't have good customer service skills. Will be going to the other location from now on instead.

I love Dunkin’ but this was completely unacceptable. I normally always order an iced coffee and now I can see why. They didn’t even fill my cup 3/4 full. It was absolutely ridiculous. I wish I would have had time to go back and get a new one. Please look at the photos. Note I didn’t take any sips or anything just lifted the lid off because the cup felt really light. (Photo with the finger is to show how much was actually in it) Also, there were stains on the outside of my cup. Not sure if they spilled it but then didn’t refill or just were not careful when handling it prior to me receiving it.
