I have consigned many items with this shop owner and I am so very pleased to do business with her after having had many issues with other consignment stores not being forthright. I purchased a bag recently that accidently, I broke the chain handle on. When I brought it to the original manufacturers' local store, they looked it over with a fine tooth comb and told me that without question, it was a genuine Louis Vuitton and that I was so lucky to get one at that price in such great condition.
