Why would your instructors teach someone to drive, specifically 3 point turns and backing up on a cup-de-sac with small children on the side walk, only a few feet away trying to ride their bikes? There are SO many other places to teach these maneuvers, like empty parking lots! HUGE liability. HUGE! Not safe whatsoever. Stay off neighborhood streets!

Googled. Basic rider course... They dont even offer a bike course.
