Ordered on app. Got to drive thru and girl was alone. Said she gave order to car in front of me and I would have to cancel my order. No place to cancel on app. Girl closed the window and left. Our $45 and no food. No response from corporate. Sucks!!!!

Went at 7am. 3 cars in parking lot, but no one answered the drive through for me or the other 3 cars ahead of me. All ended up driving off. Terrible service.

Lady saw me at counter and ignored me. Guess business does need to serve every customer. I finally just left. Lots of other choices close by.

Do not do an online order. If theyre out of the product they will simply tell you they can't help you and then proceed to ignore you. The guy also said it's not their problem. I received no refund or offered anything equal value. They just took my money and that's it! This was my last straw with the incompetence of the employees here. Rude, ghetto and always talking bad about someone else. When I walked in the guy was talking about how a customer spends their money wrongfully.......... wow.
