I absolutely love Bolay, so much better than Chipotle, but they got to straighten out the price when not getting protein. It seems even employees are confused, because none of them know how to price a vegetarian order, ending up costing the customer slightly more than anticipated

I had no idea what to get or what I was doing, but the lady that serviced me was kind enough to give me a suggestion. She gave me the "baja bowl." A very experimental combination of rice, noodles, brocolli and lime chicken. It was good!

Was introduced to this place couple of weeks ago. On my 5th visit I decided to get the same bol I have been ordering for the past 3 times since I really liked the food, but to my surprise it was $ 3 dollars more when they rang me up? As I asked why? First they told me I got double steak which is false never asked for extra, since that excuse didn't work then they said it's because I ordered a PREMIER item.... heck is the same exact order from my previous 3 visits. Finally " manager" comes to the rescue and to my surprise once again she could care less and decides to not even acknowledge they have charged me a different rate for the same bol not 1 or 2 but 3 previous times, I even offered to show her proof. End result as she explained it, the previous visits two different employees must of made a mistake, but regardless pay more today. Unreal, so she rather lose a new customer who has been spending over $16 a visit for the past 2 weeks than say sorry charge me same and tell me from here on this is the cost of your order even though we dropped the ball in the past. Incompetent Management, too bad since I really liked the food and was getting used to visiting for lunch almost daily.
