Location is great and Carter provided excellent customer service. I think it time to update the rooms a little... especially the decor/furniture. Bed was comfortable so no complaints there. Shower pressure was a bit low. Overall a good value but those improvements can make it great.

Rooms were dirty. Bed was uncomfortable and loud. Walls are very thin so you hear everything. Front seat staff was slow. The hot tub was broken. The positive was it was very convenient location. The room was large and had a kitchen and table to eat at. It did have a limited gym and a pool and free parking. The price was under $100 a night when we stayed. Would I come back? Probably not.

This is a great hotel to stay at. The rooms are really nice. The bedroom is separate from the living room and all the rooms have balconys and face the ocean. Not a bad view in any room. The restaurant connected was crazy expensive but you kinda had to guess that with it being on the boardwalk.

This was our first time staying here at this hotel. I must say I wasn't impressed at all in the beginnings. When we got to the room. It was nice and clean. The deal breaker was all on the 6th floor. I couldn't believe my eyes. It was beautiful and everything we needed. We never did sit on the beach. Yes we'll be back. The service was great thank you all again for making our stay amazing.
