James and Paris up in the front desk were the two most nicest and accommodating people I have met in my entire life. I would recommend this location 100%% without a doubt. Cleaning staff on the 10th floor were super nice and very friendly. Thank you so much again James and Paris for making my stay that much better I will definitely be coming back in 2 months.

Taking in consideration that there was remodeling being done the staff at check-in did a great job and was well prepared, even with someone who was being trained and the challenges that they faced. The rooms were clean with plenty of everything that one would need. Bar and wait staff were friendly and attentive.

I am giving high scores only because The manager James came through for my stay. Renovation was going on. No hot water to bath with the indoor pool was not heated on top of that it was cold so couldn't lay out on the beach. Made complaints to James about the problems. He was very nice and calm. Explained what was going on and how long it will be. Also stated that they had a sister hotel that you could go swimming. He really tried to make things better for everyone that complained to him. He has alot of patient.. Thanks James also wanted to thank Jamilla for helping us find things to do for my birthday and Bill my Birthday Twin for being so nice .

Maybe give them a try after the renovation? Each night I came back to the hotel after midnight. There's a card reader that is supposed to open the front doors after hours, but it was broken. The light would turn green and it would click, but the door remained closed. I tried calling the hotel repeatedly but nobody picked up. Finally, after 15+ minutes each night, the clerk returned and let me in. Stated that security is supposed to alert them if someone is outside, but their radios aren't working consistently. The result? I and other guests stood outside the main entrance (the only one open during construction) for 15+ minutes in below freezing temperatures. The water took 15-20 minutes to get hot but they also didn't tell me that when I checked in, so let's hear it for cold showers! Breakfast was okay; not worth $16 but the food was decent. Somehow the coffee was less than warm, even coming out of a sealed carafe. Just the worst Holiday Inn experience in my 49 years. Was really hoping for a nice stay in VA Beach. I usually love IHG hotels.

Yes free parking for hotel guess they give you stickers to hang in your vehicle that shows you are there guest they tow non guest if they find out unless you ask security or front desk

They will give you pass for your car when you check in.
4pm...but you can always try and check in early. I checked in at 1pm just depends if they have a room ready
Yes, but it is at the restaraunt and must be paid for. I think it was from 730am to 10am
