Trying to change my billing account and I have gone through 6 employees and no one will get me a supervisor. This is the worst service I have ever had and when you call you have to listen to a bunch of garbage.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The absolute worst smh. Practically had to hunt down an employee for help after several of them just stared in my face. I Just stopped to drop off equipment and I was met with this one rep who told me I need to sign in to drop off equipment and I need to wait because there's other people in front of me and tells me look around and browse lol. I just left went to the location on roswell which was busier with less employees and I was out in 3 min. Dropped off my equipment gave name on the acct and left. No non sense about waiting to be seen to drop off equipment.

Ok so it's all ready been said how to return equipment I highly recommend you take it into the Xfinity store and get a receipt to cover yourself

They do sell mobile phones and services, however since SIM cards are attached to the actual device and network, I am nearly positive it isnt possible to simply buy a SIM card separately.
You well may not be able to make any direct contact with any store via phone, but the 800 number may possibly connect you to an agent that can help or connect you there.

Yes. Very easy check in. If there is a line, they take your name and from my experience I have never had a wait longer than 5 min. People there seemed trained well with the products. What customer service should be like and they speak English.:-)

I never have a problem either way and all there stores get router to Comcast Xfinity customer service
