The remediation group was very helpful when my condo's sprinkler system decided the building needed a good cleaning. Many condos were damaged. I suffered some ceiling and wall damaged. I called them the day after it happened and the remediation team was in there super fast. The repairs and reconstruction was delayed by my insurance company was the biggest hold up. Brandon, Aaron and Tim keep me informed on what was happening. I eventually got tired of the run around my insurance gave me and went ahead and paid for it out of pocket. Everything was done in under 3 days after we decided it was ok to start. I am happy, I stuck with gut and keep the Remediation group my construction. They did an excellent job in all steps of the process. Thanks Remediation group for all your help, I am truly grateful to you!!!!

I had flood damage in my apartment, and I called on Remediation Group Inc (RGI) for the reconstruction process, as I was told that they are the experts in working with high-rise dwellings. Anyone who had to deal with water damage to their home knows how stressful the process can be. I am so happy I picked RGI though. As soon as I met with Dion, RGI’s estimator, he put my mind at ease. He was professional, very thorough and clear in walking me through the process. The more members of RGI I got to deal with, the more I realized that these are professionals who take their job seriously, each one of them being an expert in his/her specific domain, from Chantay, to Brandon, to Tim and Jason, the two managers who overlooked the reconstruction and made sure everything was in line with my expectations. They genuinely care about delivering the best results for your home. The quality of their work is indisputably top of the line and speaks for the ethics of this company. Throughout the whole process, the many exchanges I had with Gwen, the company’s design coordinator, were invaluable! She is very talented and has exquisite taste. She pays close attention to every detail, is very honest and lets you know if you make the wrong choice or select anything that might clash with the style and décor of your home. On a final note, everybody at RGI was pleasant and caring, on top of being professional. I am so happy with the results of the reconstruction and transformation to my home delivered by RGI. I recommend them without any hesitation.
