The staff were all amazing. The breakfast had a good selection all week. The pool area is really cool with 2 pools, ping pong table, Foosball, couches and a TV. My room had a musky/stale smoke odor when I checked in. I mentioned it to the front desk and was told that housekeeping would spray some lysol. There was also hair in the shower and around the bathroom. The odor never went away. My last night there I discovered why it smells in that room. When I went to open the blinds in front of the window with the a/c unit under it, I stepped on the carpet and it was soaking wet. I mentioned it to rhe front desk at check out, so hopefully the issue can be resolved and no one else needs to experience that.

Great stay! Employees were all super nice! Hotel was very clean and neat and we had everything we needed plus some. The kids had the best time in the heated pool. This is literally our favorite spot! The little apartment set up of these rooms is perfect for out little family. We had an issue with the digital key's but give me another time or two and I'll get it figured out!

Friendly staff, clean property nice welcoming area, rooms were clean great shampoo and conditioner, the only thing is is this is a New Port Richey there is no reason for the rays to be as high as they are here especially in the middle of the week. 3/4 of this hotel has vacancy during the week and they still charge outrageous prices. It’s not just this hotel even the disgusting Rodeway Inn has ridiculous rate

We stayed at this same property four years ago. At that time I had left raving reviews. The property is still very nice but there were a few things that were disappointing. The room we stayed in had frayed and torn carpet going between rooms. Not just a small area but a large one. The first floor hallway smelled like dog urine. We were given a hard time when we requested an extra blanket. I did not find the desk staff particularly service oriented, instead they continue to use the pandemic excuse. I was reprimanded when we checked out about 11am the day before due to a snow storm and travel conditions in NY. Overall it was an ok visit,it is not the property it was years ago. Unfortunately we will not be returning again.
