We came into Freeman's Furniture looking for a lift chair for my mother. From the very beginning, Co-Owner Brett Freeman was friendly, professional and accommodating. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. The service was incredible. We were able to have next day delivery. His delivery team of Speedy and Mark were punctual to the "T" with the delivery and had the chair ready for my mother's use in hardly no time. She fell in love with her chair immediately. They were professional and friendly as well. I highly recommend Freeman's Furniture to any and everyone. We were so pleased that we went back the next day and made another purchase.

I have been buying furniture from Freeman's for over 16 years and never had a problem or complaint. This year my favorite lift chair broke, the one I sleep in, I've had it 4 or 5 years and it's a brand they no longer carry because of complaints. I tried a lot of places and online too, to no avail but Dawn followed her connections and got me the part. Mark just left after installing it for me and all is right with the world again. I purchased mattress 5 years ago, it started to sag. They agreed to replace it after multiple photos and calling corporate. I never knew they would replaced it with what they decided to replace it with. The replacement is extremely firm. I would have never purchased such a mattress. I would NOT recommend this store for anything. DO NOT SHOP LOCAL!!!!
