Dustin Furman and Badda Bing are fake profiles. Disgruntled former employees shouldn't be allowed to give reviews. The staff is amazing! Remember, they are parts sales people and not actual auto mechanics. Don't you think if they WERE mechanics, they'd be working at a parts counter?

Last week my car died and I was trying different things on how to fix it, this store was very helpful and on multiple visits, Alec and the crew were very helpful. for example, I was far enough away when i realized i needed a new car battery that when i called and asked if they would be willing to stay open a few extra min so i could come in they not only did that they already had it ready. They have great service and have a lot of knowledgeable staff members. I would definitely recommend this location for your basic car troubles

I cannot say enough about the outstanding service and assistance that I received from the Gig Harbor store on 9/16/2019. I also need to mentioned a particular very caring employee named Alec H. I am 76 and discovered that my right brake tail light was out. I stopped by the Gig Harbor store and met Alec. I asked Alec if he would come out and take a look at my tail lights and let me know what I needed to do. I also mentioned to Alec that I was leaving very early the next morning for a long drive to Arizona for the winter. Alec found the problem, got the bulb that I needed, and volunteered to replace it for me. I did not expect Alec to offer his help to replace the bulb. Alec was sensitive enough to see that I was frustrated and offered his genuine assistance. I want you all to know how much this meant to me and that I will always remember the individual attention offered to me by Alec H. and the Gig Harbor O'Reilly Auto Parts store. What an exemplary employee who went out of his way to make sure that a customer was taken care of with his service. Thank you Alec H. for being such a kind, caring, sensitive, and genuine person! Gig Harbor is very fortunate to have you in our community!
