Jay provided the best paranormal investigation experience I’ve had in any city across the US South. He’s extremely knowledgeable about local history and the methods he uses, and his knowledge combined with his encouragement of critical analysis made the evidence we DID discuss and witness that much more credible. Even the skeptics on our group were fascinated. Pack light, wear comfortable shoes, and check the weather before you go- you’ll be walking for a good while, but it’s so worth it!

There are so many talented, quirky people in the Knoxville area, and we get this guy who mostly just seems desperate to be a big time reality star. I'd provide constructive criticism, but that requires a foundational set of skills. Well, there is one constructive critique, hallowed means holy. It does not mean haunted. Glad I could explain basic jargon of the field this guy's supposed to be an expert in.

We weren’t sure what to expect with an “interactive” experience but learning the different tools paranormal investigators use made the experience more real than just telling old ghost stories. J really impressed us with his knowledge of Knoxville history. Knoxville has a lot of polarizing past that I knew some about - J has gone further in depth than anything I’d heard. I look forward to going on another tour now that we’re familiar with the tools used by paranormal investigators. J’s obvious passion & enthusiasm for what he does made the experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ as well (much needed for those of us that don’t usually stay up late). FYI the tour lasted about an hour longer than we thought. I recommend planning to stay longer and bring an open mind.
