i ordered chicken rice and not even half way threw i started throwing up continuously do not recommend what so ever

I literally had to return a meal, because I got a vegetable lo mein that had no vegetables inside, and came back to the store, witnessed them cooking my do-over meal using a cleaning rag to wipe within the pot they were cooking my vegetable lo mein in. Are we fuqing serious!!
