Hadn't been to this particular Uno's since before the pandemic so I didn't know what to expect. We were there at an off-hour in the mid-afternoon and it wasn't real busy. Got a nice table by a window and the waitress was very courteous and friendly. Food was great! We both got pasta meals and the portions were so generous we had a second dinner of them at home the next day. I was glad they had a choice of picking your own type of pasta, sauce and toppings so it was very personalized. Definitely want to go back!

My mom and I stopped here to grab dinner Friday night. They were decently crowded, but there was no one waiting in the lobby. We ended up sitting in the bar area as the employee at the front said it would be "a few minutes" if we wanted to sit in the dining area. The waitress serving us was also the bartender. There were quite a few people at the bar since there were sports games on so she seemed pretty busy. Her service was still great and she checked on us as much as she could. The food was good, but nothing exceedingly spectacular. Overall it was a good experience, but it did seem as if the restaurant was understaffed.
