First time i was here to deliver, they have me slide tandem, open doors and drop trailer so the switcher takes it to put in dock. 4 hours to unload live unload. Now Second time here they tell me to slide tandem, open door and drop trailer so the switcher takes it. Go park truck and go to office to give your keys and wait in a waiting area that smell like dead animals. I got my fingers crossed this warehouse to close because from pick up to here i had 30 minutes driving and 3 hours to get unloaded its ridiculous waste of time.
