I've leased my fairshare of cars and this process was by far the worst experience I've had with a dealership. I ordered a vehicle back in May and was told it would take 12 weeks. The original salesperson I worked with no longer worked at the dealership. My new salesman Hussein was the only positive experience about this whole transaction. He genuinely tried his best to understand my situation and do right by me. The sales manager Matt Batulis is what a manager should not be. The dealership added products on to my custom truck and didn't mention it to me, yet tried to charge me $1,400 for the add ons they installed without my permission . When confronted about it, Matt the manager got very defensive and went on to threaten to revoke the sale of the truck when I told him I wasn't paying for options that were installed on my custom truck workout my permission. I warn you now, check the fine print because they will force you to pay for optional products that are actually optional. Buyer beware!!! Update After seeing my review, one of the managers from the dealership, Anwar, reached out and attempted to rectify the situation. He was extremely apologetic and offered up many solutions to try and make my situation right, which he ultimately did. Anwar, thank you for reaching out and being what a manager should be and reaching a solution that was satisfactory to both of us.

UPDATE...!!! SCROLL DOWN! What can i say? Dealership is good but the service department need to come up in a whole lot of levels!!! Not enough people working!!!!! they need to hire more employees!!!! and without attitudes! People that really want to be there to service the customer!... Well here's my updated review: I was in express service this morning Sept 2022 and the service was impressive they really have done an exceptional job the employees were more attentive to customers upgrading the service area the service manager Samantha was amazing 👏 thank you very much. Keep up the good work
