The carpet in our room reeks of urine that is masked with cleaner that creates a sticky residue. So "floor is lava" at this hotel. Very disappointing, luckily the window opens to let fresh air in. The bed is comfy thankfully. Unbelievable at this price point to have a room in this condition and very unusual in my long history of Hilton stay.

Rooms were very clean. Great breakfast served in the morning. If you’re playing in a sports tournament this was in PA, this is a good hotel option

hot tub was broken - no heat; in the evening, it took 5-10 minutes for the hot water to arrive at the faucet; our daughter's room had stink bugs sitting on the quilt and the room was musty - did not seem cleaned well. Staff was friendly, helpful; management is not good - broken microwave, no attempt to replace and since breakfast is another $10, a working microwave was needed. I could barely reach the toilet paper and my arms are not short. Some dumb picture hanging in the bathroom taking away the only place a towel rack could be hung so towel rack was at the back of the shower, giving us wet towels because you don't necessarily notice that when you first turn on the shower.

Oh my goodness! What an incredible hotel! The beds are comfy, the towels are plush. The breakfast has a hot food option and if you get the breakfast package through the front desk it is an absolute deal, the best omlette ive ever had- better hotel breakfast than Ihop could even do-- all for a steal. The front desk staff was amazingly kind, brenda and marco took great care of me. I noticed they do have some trouble with hot water in the showers and when i brought it up to the front desk they gave me helpful advice and were very kind. I had hot water in no time and i had great stay. Good wifi too. I stayed one night for a day trip to Longwood Gardens, and got my all day tickets through the front desk. They were really able to provide everything to make my stay perfect. Will say the whirlpool tub i paid extra for was kind of dated and not that great, but everything else about the stay was fantastic. Would happily stay again. Pool was working and the hot tub was lovely, nice jets. The gym is very nice too, though i didnt use it. Room has a keurig and k-cups and water bottles for use. The neutragena soaps were also nicer than your average hotel soap.
