I strongly believe in customer service. I don't agree with a company that allows foul language in the office where customers are present, it shouldn'tbeallowedat all. Dropping the F-bomb on the service floor is just unacceptable! The service department had the vehicle for 4 days and did half of what I asked. When asked why I am given to excuse of I don't know where the person responsible was at the time. That's just unfortunate for a major dealership to treat the customer's time in such a cavalier manner. Costal is a huge auto lot and need to be held to higher standards, after all we pay top dollar for our automobiles maintenance services. Just be careful with coastal Hyundai/Genesis when you raise questions about the service they respond with you signed and that's it. So don't sign until you're sure about what you're paying and what they are looking into. It's really sad how customers are treated at this company. They can do so much better for what we pay. I could call out the individual but if there is one there are many other people treating customers poorly.

SHADY. Had a family member purchase a car, do all the paperwork, trade in their car, sign the contract, take pictures with the dealer, celebrate, shake hands, and go home with a new car. In the morning, the dealership called demanding more money, and advised the deal was off. We were required to return the vehicle. The dealership went through this entire FAKE production about being approved, no problems, banks happy, cars sold, when in reality there was NEVER a decision even made that day, they allowed the customer to leave on HOPES that the bank they ran through would approve the deal. How this is okay to them, and how they could absolutely crush someone like that after such a long drawn-out lie is beyond disgusting. This dealership and the shady dealer lives RITE UP to the reputation of SLIMY CAR DEALERS. RUN!!!!!!!!
