They charged me $83 and said I drove 49 miles when my destinations where only 10’mins apart and I drove back in forth 4x this crazy!

We reserve a a truck in one month in advance we got a call two days before saying our truck had been rented out they found us another one 40 minutes away we got to call the day of the move stating that they rented that one out also they tracked us down another one which was over an hour away which is putting us behind schedule then we got to the storage U-Haul storage unit and they already rented that out and we called him that morning to make sure they had it so they found us another one we off loadedd all of our stuff then we were approached and they told us that they had already rented that one out so we had to offload our stuff back into the truck and now it's been sitting there for a couple days in their parking lot terrible service
