We went to Serendipity on Monday for lunch. We were the only couple inside and waitress took forever to acknowledge us. The view is beautiful overlooking the water but the decor was strange. Air conditioning was a little warm and so was the bottled beer. We had pizza, not a fresh crust, cheesesteak, cheeseburger and fried flounder sandwich. All were just ok. We won't be back as service was terrible

Food was wonderful portions were abundant. Service was good. Italian and Polish cuisine Beautiful view of the water. Desserts looked amazing.Would definitely go back

Beautiful place and view, decorations very colorful. Waitress was totally uninterested in our dietary restrictions to garlic and onion . As a result one of us left unfed as the meal was delivered without regard. Waitress considered us a bother. Left her 20% as I thought she expected and deserved 0. They need to change some staff if they don't retire and sell

Food is good with generous portions. Waitress superb and very attentive. The only thing that to me is annoying is the GAUDY decor. I cannot decipher what theme they are trying to accomplish. Is it Asian? European? There are French posters, Italian vases outside , Japanese parasols then big vases with colorful gigantic flowers in the ceiling and entrance, mosaic tiles inside looking like Chinese and lots more confusing decor. It is a sight really- almost artistic but I don’t get it. Their menu is also colorful like the decor and has Italian and Polish food . I think they need to sit and really decide what they are going for. Maybe declutter- I don’t know. Just looks so cheap but overall, it was a good experience. We will return.
