Wow the audacity of your manners is appalling! Telling a customer to never call back because we don’t want an ordered item due to a price increase that YOU NEVER TOLD US WHEN WE PLACED THE ORDER!!! I’ll be praying for you to heal your emotional wounds. Incredibly unprofessional, especially when we kindly and honestly questioned it without attitude. And to add to your dishonest comment…no one told us the price increase when I ordered the item…and there was a deal made on price by the owner at the first time of purchase which is why we purchased again thinking the price will be the same. You are still avoiding to empathize about the real issue and don’t even appreciate this truth. Your attitude is rotten.

I had so much fun shopping here. Like a kid in a candy store. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I got the freezer package of streaks , frozen stuff cabbage, pierogies, and potato pancakes. Not to mention the pastries.

What great terrific customer service!! Got some tenderloin and a couple of their salads and they were great. The guy cutting our steaks took extra care to give us great cuts. Altogether couldn't be happier!!

The best thing to do is to call Nitschke's Meat Market directly and ask them the question,,, can they ship merchandise product to Colorado!!!

We reccomend cooking to temperature. I cook mine to a internal temperature of 160, then let it rest for 10 mins before slicing. If you don't have a thermometer, it normally takes 2-2.5 hours at 350 degrees for a two pound loaf.
