They ladies went above and beyond! I was there to pickup one order and my wife ordered something else one hour before I arrived. The ladies made sure that I didn't have to make another trip. They had my second order picked in 10 minutes!

Just got this coupon today on the 8th 🙄🤨its good for the 4th thru th 7th .... thanks jcp .... i am a platinum holder but i will be looking else where to buy from now on ... yall could do better , to little to late though ..... It's a convenient location, not as much to choose from as Turkey Creek store, some of the employees are a bit rude when you need help, they just say ' I don't know " and walk away 😳🤨 really ok .. where is the customer service ? go find someone that does ... go find out ... do something Other than than just ring up ppl ok. It's gotten pretty bad 👎the clothing style is just awful here not sure who orders 🤔 but please think twice before you do .🙏🙌

No. Sephora is only at the larger stores. In this area, that is the West Town store and the Turkey Creek store.
My daighter works at jcp. She said if you have the packaging they will take it back and give you a new one.
